 What a Difference a Day Can Make!
(Jane worked one day with Carol at Toledo, Washington. This note came in the next week)
The day far exceeded my expectations. Jack has always been a choppy horse and when I wanted to have a smooth ride, I would sneak out on Moon - my husband's horse.
I just could not believe the difference you were able to make in just one day! I cannot believe it is the same horse.
I got adventurous today and decided to see if he really had changed or if he was tired on Sunday.
Well ~ I am pleased to report that Jack seems to have figured out that he is indeed, a gaited horse. We went the distance of our property (we own about 100 acres) while the dogs ran with us and he stayed in his gait about 90%. This is the reverse of what I usually experienced where I was lucky to get a minute or two of good gait.
I cannot thank you enough!
